Cancellation Policy

We require full payment prior to services being provided. If you cancel more than 72 hours in advance (from the service start time) you can receive a refund minus the deposit & registration fee for events per day cancelled. If you need to cancel within 72 hours from the start time of the event, there is no refund but you may receive a voucher which is good for nine months.

Cancelling Reservations

You may cancel by calling (560) 341 6969 where you will need to leave a message containing the name of the event, location of the event, the date you want to cancel, and a call back phone number.

You may also cancel in person by coming by coming to Christian Child Cares before the start of services or by calling Child Cares directly at (560) 341 6969.

Fees and Other Agreements

Late Pick up Fee: A $0.75 per minute charge up to $20 will be applicable when a child is picked up after the scheduled hours. Late Fees will be charged to your account.  You will be given an invoice and expected to pay it the day after it was incurred.  Failure to pay this will result in additional late fees being charged to your account at the normal charge for late fees as outlined in the Parent Handbook.

Fees for Unscheduled Child Care – Child care fees for any unscheduled hours are $160.00 per week for regular hours, or if less than 1 week, $35.00 per full day, or if less than 1 day, $7.90 per hour. If your account has not been paid in full within 7 days, your child will not be allowed to attend the facility until payment is received in full. Accounts two weeks in arrears may result in immediate termination of service.

All returned checks or ACH transactions (automatic debits) will be charged a fee $30 up to the maximum amount allowed by law.  Two or more returned checks or ACH transactions will result in my account being place on “money order only” status.
